In their own words

The Amherst Asian Students Association (ASA) is an Asian and Asian American student affinity group centered around community building and political engagement. ASA serves all Asian identifying students on campus, including East Asians, South Asians, Southeast Asians, Central Asians, and multiracial/ethnic Asians through weekly meetings, educational programs, and social events. ASA aims both to be intersectional and to re-center non-dominant identities. ASA also collaborates with campus resource centers to provide community spaces for conversation about the intersections between Asian identities and gender, sexuality, race, and socioeconomic challenges. Please follow us on Instagram @amherstasa and subscribe to our newsletter for regular updates about club events!
